During the month, members
have taken part in two or
three work party sessions at
Cinder Hill, with the
objective of ensuring the
flow of water in the stream
between the top and middle
lakes follows a definitive
single path, rather than the
several different routes it
took up to now.
Many fallen trees and
branches were removed and
the banks built up with
woven willow twigs and soil
excavated by the badgers in
the adjacent set in order to
direct the water we wanted
it to go.
