We now
only record the numbers of
fish stocked and caught.
Fish
caught and killed are
recorded as fish taken.
Catch and
release only permitted on
Top and Bottom lakes up to
the end of June provided
water conditions are
suitable.
No fish
were stocked in the top lake
as it was drained during July
and august to allow the silt
and weed to be removed during.
Some fishing was permitted
on the middle and bottom
lakes during the month once
the work involving heavy
plant was completed. The
outlet valve on the top lake
was then closed and with all
the rain we have had the
lake has since fully filled
up.
